Both the appeals are valued for jurisdiction and court fees at Rs.83,50,000/- which is below Rs.1 crore. Hence, both the appeals are to be transferred to the District Court, Thane. 3.

In view of the Notification No. CCS. 2014/C.R.-25/D-19 dated 31/08/2015 which comes in operation w. e. f. 1/09/2015, the

rsk AO-978-15 matters having valuation below Rs. 1 crore are to be transferred to the District Court. Hence, these two matters are also transferred to the District Court. All the orders passed therein shall continue as passed earlier.

Registrar (Judicial) is hereby directed to sent these two matters alongwith the documents filed therewith to the District Court, Thane on or before 11/09/2015 and the matters shall appear before the learned District Judge on 14/09/2015.
