The above Civil Application has been filed for stay pending the above Appeal. It seems that, during the pendency of the suit, an order of status-quo was in

In view of the fact that, an order of status-quo was operating pending the hearing and final disposal of the suit, which order is continued till this day, it would be just and proper to dispose of the above Civil Application by continuing the said order of status-quo. Hence, pending the hearing and final disposal of the above First Appeal, the parties to maintain status-quo. The Civil Application is disposed of.
