This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by order dated 29.7.2015. The Learned counsel for respondent No.2 on instructions submitted that the police have already completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet. He submitted that respondent no.1 has not been released on regular bail at the time of filing of the charge sheet. In view of the above, Mr. Mundergi on instruction, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file the appropriate proceeding, if so advised. Leave and liberty granted. Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
