This is an application seeking intervention in the application for anticipatory bail. The applicant is the original complainant and seeks intervention in the aforesaid application. Considering the fact that the applicant is the informant/ complainant, the applicant can be permitted to intervene in the application. The application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a). The applicant in ABA No.1323 of 2017 is directed to implead the complainant as respondent no.2.
