This is an application for condonation of delay of 61 days in filing the Appeal against conviction of Applicant u/s 392, 395, 397, 342 r/w 457, 458, 380 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 3 of MCOC Act. The maximum punishment was 9 years besides imposition of fine.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that he MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR was in custody during trial and even after his conviction he Nesarikar

Considering these submissions and the submissions made in paragraph No.16 of the application, the delay of 61 days in filing the Appeal is condoned.
