I have gone through the application. I have heard the learned APP.

The Appeal is ready for final hearing.

However, the appellant has expressed that he be provided with an Advocate under the Free Legal Aid Scheme to prosecute the Appeal as his Advocate on record is not in touch with him.

Since Mr.Keshav Chavan is already on record, it would be proper to give intimation to him that the Appeal is being directed to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 13th April 2015, and that he may remain present before the Court when the Appeal is likely to be taken up for final hearing.

Tilak 2/2 (29)APPA-1069-14 Also, an Advocate from the Free Legal Aid Scheme Panel be appointed as amicus curaie to remain present before the Court and assist it at the time of final hearing. This would help the Court to proceed with the Appeal, even if Mr.Kailash Chavan, for some reason, is unavailable at the time of final hearing of the Appeal.

The Appeal be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 13th April 2015.

This order be communicated to the applicant in prison.

The Application is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
