The petition is filed by the petitioner for quashing the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.125/14 registered with Baramati City Police Station, District Pune. Mrs.Kejriwal, the learned A.P.P. has placed on record today a report dated 26th August, 2015 filed by the Baramati City Police Station. The report reveals that the said crime was investigated and NC final summary report is filed with the J.M.F.C., Baramati. The report filed is taken on record. 2.
