This application is for fixing early date of hearing of First Appeal No.13 of 2014.

Advocate for the applicant submits that applicant is ready and willing to file private paper book. Statement is accepted. On his request, four weeks time is granted to file private paper book. Hence, following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to file private paper book within four weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.
