On the last date, Mr. Jagushte, learned Counsel was appointed to espouse the cause of the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant's first Bail Application No. 2224 of 2019 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17th February 2020. While rejecting the application, the trial was expedited by this Court. 2.

The learned APP informs that the trial has already commenced and only three witnesses have remained to be examined. As on date, R.V.Patil 1/2

8 BA.2339.2022.doc nothing survives in the present Application, however, considering that the trial is prolonged, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Judge of the Trial Court to complete the trial in POCSO Special Case No. 59 of 2018, within a period of three months from today.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the present Application and the same is disposed of with the above directions.
