By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the restoration application for recall of order dated 4th May, 2016, whereby the writ petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections.

The learned Counsel for the applicant states that the office objections will be removed within a period of one week. In view of the said statement, and in view of the reasons stated in para 3 of the pps

917.doc application, the application is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.2000/- to be paid to Juvenile Justice Fund. 3.

Writ Petition be listed on admission board after three weeks, subject to removal of office objections and payment of costs. 4.
