Learned counsel for respondent No.2 opposed the application.

However, for the reasons mentioned in the application and in view of the submissions made, I am inclined to allow the application in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Consequently, Criminal Application No. 649 of 2019 is restored to file.

Interim Application No. 2622 of 2023 is disposed of in above terms.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2-SEBI submits that the DMAT accounts of the applicant are released by order dated 06/08/2020 which is annexed along with Interim Application No. 2621 of 2023. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in Criminal Application No. 649 of 2019 and the same is disposed of. 2/3

It is, however, made clear that all the contentions of the parties are kept open and to be taken up in Interim Application No. 2621 of 2023.
