Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is for restoration of Writ Petition (ST.) No. 10677 of 2016 which stands dismissed in view of conditional order dated 16.06.2016 for non removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Time to remove all office objections as per order dated 16.06.2016 is extended till 17.03.2017.

b) Writ Petition (ST) No. 10677 of 2016 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits. c) If all office objections are not removed within stipulated time as stated herein above, the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
