Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.7C(i) to 7C(iv) and 9. The learned AGP represents the Respondent Nos.1 to 6. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.7C(i) to 7C(iv) and 9 have tendered consent minutes of the order. The same are taken on record and marked "Y" for identification. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.7C(i) to 7C(iv) and 9 states that the

said Respondents are personally present in the Court and they admit the correctness of the contents of the consent minutes of the order. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that Shri Vasant Bhiku Gaikwad, Assistant Superintendent of the Petitioner is personally present in the Court on behalf of the Petitioner. He states that the minutes of the order have been signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.7C(i) to 7C(iv) and 9 states that the said Respondents have signed the consent minutes of the order.

By an order dated 23rd October 2013, the Petition has been disposed of between the Petitioner and the Respondent Nos.7A and 7B in terms of the minutes of the order marked "X" for identification. The Respondent No.8 and the Respondent No.7A are the one and the same persons.

The Petition is disposed of between the Petitioner on one hand and the Respondent Nos.7C(i) to 7C(iv) and 9 on the other hand in terms of the minutes of the order tendered today and marked "Y" for identification. In view of this order and the order dated 23rd October 2013, nothing further is required to be done in this Petition. Accordingly, the Petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 23rd October 2013 and this order.

Civil Application No.768 of 2015 does not survive and the same is disposed of.

All parties concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
