Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks withdrawal of this Appeal. He submits that the trial Court be directed to expeditiously decide his Bail Application, which he would file after his arrest or surrender.

The request is reasonable. The Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn. If the Appellant is arrested or if he surrenders before the trial Court, his Bail Application shall be decided expeditiously. Taking into account the fact that the Applicant Shabnoor

2 / 2 01-APEAL-958-19.odt was granted interim relief in the year 2019, the trial Court shall decide his Bail Application expeditiously without being influenced by this withdrawal of the Appeal. With these observations Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
