By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 52 days delay in fling the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and award dated 5th February, 2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kolhapur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 272/2003. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfed that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, the following order:
