The learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to each of the Petitioners to submit separate representation in respect of their claims to the effect that their cases are covered by the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Kiran Namdeo Shinde and Others vs. The State of Maharashtra in Writ Petition No. 2358 of 2013 and other connected Petitions decided on 21 st September, 2013.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioners' entitlement, we dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to submit individual representation within three weeks from today.

In case such representation is submitted by the Petitioners, the same shall be considered and decided by the Competent Authority of the Respondents keeping in view the law laid down in the case of Kiran Namdeo Shinde (supra). In case the Petitioners are found entitled to get the relief the same be extended in their favour.

The decision as aforesaid be taken within three months from the date of receipt of such representation and the consequential benefits if any flowing from such decision be also extended within the said period.

The Petition is disposed of as such.
