Learned advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 as also respondent No.4 submits that the challenge to reduction in admission capacity in academic year 2017-2018 is rendered infructuous because of specific event.

We have considered submission of respondent Nos.1 to 5. 3.

It appears that as per the policy decision the capacity was then reduced from 80 to 60 per division. After filing of present PIL, the Respondent No.4, college improved its infrastructure and therefore

Respondent No.1 has today tendered additional affidavit to bring on record these developments.

Additional affidavit is taken on record.

We therefore find that due to passage of time and these developments, the initial challenge does not survive and the petition is accordingly disposed of.
