ORDER:

Inasmuch as the Applicant/Appellant had not removed the office objections by 10 August 2018 in terms of the self operative order dated 31 July 2018 of this Court, the Appeal stands dismissed. The above Civil Application is therefore filed for restoration of the Appeal. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
