Heard Mr.Abhishek Pungliya, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Ravi Shinde, learned counsel for the respondents. 2.

Mr. Pungliya has tendered the consent terms dated 3.8.2018 filed by the parties in Regular Civil Appeal No.431/2015 which was pending in the District Court, Pune. Same is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. He invited my attention to clause 4(e) of the consent terms where the appellants before the District Court agreed to withdraw this Petition filed by them in this Court. In view thereof, Mr. Pungliya seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. Mr. Shinde has no objection for the same. 3.
