This matter was placed before this Court on 3rd October 2022 and as the statement was made by Mr. Deshmukh, learned advocate appearing for Respondents that the matter is settled with all the Petitioners, time was taken by Mr. Chintan Shah, learned advocate appearing for Petitioners to verify the said fact. 3.
Mr. Shah states that the letter has been sent to the Petitioners, however, the acknowledgment is not received by him till date. He states that the Petitioners are not even responding to the phone calls. Thus, it appears that the Petitioners are not interested in pursuing the writ petition in view of aforesaid settlement.

In view of statement made by Mr. S.S. Deshmukh, learned advocate appearing for Respondent nos.1 and 2 that the Petitioners have settled the matter with Respondent nos. 1 and 2, writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
