The petition is directed against an interim order. In the event the final order in the eviction proceedings is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, then, while challenging it, the petitioner can raise appropriate pleas and grounds also in relation to the impugned order, copy of which is at Exhibit 'J'. We do not wish to entertain a petition to challenge an interim order and passed during the course of the eviction proceedings. J.V.Salunke,PA

It is conceded by the respondents as well that the eviction order is yet to be passed. After that is passed and gains finality would arise the question of petitioner's eviction and dispossession. That stage has not reached as yet. In these circumstances, the petition is really premature. By keeping open all contentions for being raised at an appropriate stage, we dispose of the petition.
