In view of the statement made in paragraph 10 of the afÏdavit, with further clarification that the Petitioners who are the teaching staff will not be called for the election duty on the working days, and further statement that show-cause notices issued to the Petitioners will be withdrawn and no further action shall be initiated against the Petitioners in the matter of their refusal to carry out the election work during the working days of the schools, in our opinion, the grievance made in the petition stands redressed. The petition stands disposed of.
