DATED : 20th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicant was arraigned as accused in the wake of the accusations levelled against him that he married the complainant despite his first marriage being in force. It is also alleged that he obtained certain amount from the complainant but the orders passed by this Court from time to time, reveal that the amount has been repaid.

The applicant face accusations u/s.376(2) (n), 417, 420, 494 of IPC. He will face the said accusations on being charged. However, at present, since no custodial interrogation is warranted, the interim protection in favour of the applicant deserve to be confirmed. As regards the Whatsapp chat, which is Tilak

2/2 10 ABA 2314-21.doc alleged to have been a manipulation version, the learned counsel for the applicant undertake that he shall surrender his laptop to the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks. In the wake of the above, the following order is passed :

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Hansel Sebastian Gonsalves in connection of C.R.No.387/2021 registered with Goregaon police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer within two days and surrender his laptop. He shall continue to report to the police station as and when directed.
