The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 25-9-2013 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune Division, Pune, by which order, the application for condonation of delay as also the Revision Application itself was dismissed. In so far as the Revision Application is concerned, the same was filed challenging the approval to the amended bye-laws of the Respondent No.1 society granted by the concerned Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies. The bye-laws were amended pursuant to the resolution passed by the Respondent No.1 society in its Special Body General Meeting. The Divisional Joint Registrar has rejected the Revision filed by the Petitioner on the ground that a sole member does not have the locus standi to challenge the amendment to the bye-laws effected by the society. mmj

wp-8437-14-(31) In my view, having regard to the said reason and considering the challenge raised which is to the approval to the amendment of the bye-laws, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
