Civil Revision Application (St.) No.20745 of 2018 This Civil Revision Application challenges the same decree, which is the subject matter of challenge in the earlier mentioned CRA. The present CRA has been moved with a delay. Civil Application No.499 of 2018 has been taken out for condonation of that delay. Considering the fact that the companion CRA has already been admitted and parties are already before the court, the delay is condoned and the CRA is admitted. The Civil Application No.499 of 2018 is disposed of accordingly. The CRA shall come for hearing along with Civil Revision Application No.125 of 2017. (S.C. GUPTE, J.)
