Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 tenders a copy of the judgment and decree passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur in Hindu Marriage Petition No.119 of 2013 passed on 14th January, 2016 and submits that the said proceedings (Hindu Marriage Petition No.119 of 2013) is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of Hindu Marriage Petition No.119 of 2013, this Miscellaneous Civil Application for seeking transfer of the said proceedings filed under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
