DATE : 6 JANUARY, 2015 P.C. :- 1] On account of reasonable approach adopted by learned counsel for the parties, this petition can be disposed of by making the following order:
a) That the petitioner and respondent Nos.1 to 7 or their representatives shall appear before the Additional Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune (Respondent No.10) on 19 January 2015 at 11.00 a.m. alongwith an authenticated copy of this order and obtain the convenient date for the hearing of Appeal No. 166 of 2014;
b) Respondent No.10 shall fix a convenient and early date for the hearing of main appeal itself and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 28 February 2015;

DSS 50- wp-7700-14 c) During pendency of appeal, there shall be interim relief in favour of the petitioner;
d) All the parties shall cooperate in the matter of expeditious disposal of the appeal. In particular, the petitioner shall not resort to any dilatory tactics, merely because interim order has been made in his favour;
e) This Court has expressed no opinion on merits of the matter and respondent No.10 shall decide the appeal in accordance with law and on its own merits.
