This civil application seeks condonation of delay of 56 days in filing this present second appeal. The reasons for this delay are set out in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of the civil application. Considering these reasons, a lenient view needs to be taken and delay needs to be condoned. The application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
