The petitioner is seeking his transfer from Taloja Central Prison to a prison in Rajasthan. The affidavit-in-reply filed by the State shows that a proposal in this regard is already forwarded by Additional Director General of Police and Inspector General of Prison, Maharashtra State, Pune to the Director General of Prison, Directorate of Prisons, Ghat Gate, Jaipur, State of Rajasthan and order of State of Rajasthan in this regard is awaited. 3.
