10-wp-4768.2014.sxw Rehabilitation Officer, Kolhapur. In Contempt Petition No. 455 of 2014, Tahsildar, District Rehabilitation Office, Kolhapur has filed additional affidavit. To the affidavit is annexed an order dated 5th February, 2015 made by the Additional Collector, Kolhapur. The said order revokes the order dated 18th March, 2014 which is impugned in the present petition and directs that a fresh decision shall be taken in the matter after afford of an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.

In view of the same, nothing survives in the present petition. The Collector, Kolhapur shall after afford of opportunity to all concerned, take a fresh decision in the matter. Writ petition is disposed of. 3.
