Liberty to the Management to make such an application. If such an application is so made, learned AGP states that the same would be decided expeditiously. This is without rights and contentions of the parties that in a challenge to the order of College Tribunal, such a plea by the Management is not permissible. The application, if any, made by the Management to be decided by Joint Director of Higher Education on its own merits expeditiously.
