In fact, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court today, does not press this petition but only seeks liberty to make appropriate applications before the trial Court for expedition and other reliefs as prayed for in the present petition.

2] Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as applied for. In case, any such applications are made by the petitioner, then the trial Court to decide the same in accordance with law and on their own merits. All contentions of all parties in this regard are kept open.
