The present petition challenges the order dated 2nd January 2016 passed by the respondent no. 1 in suit/complaint no. 7 of 2016 and order dated 2nd August 2016, passed by respondent no. 2 in Appeal No. VP/391/2016, disqualifying the petitioner membership of the Grampanchayat. It is reported that the term of the Grampanchayat has ended in the year 2020 since the challenge to the order of disqualification and the election is of the year 2015 and the term of the Grampanchayat has elapsed, the petition has become infructuous. The petition is dismissed as infractuous.
