The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that in Writ Petition No.11624 of 2014, the Industrial Tribunal was directed to decide the demands of the workmen on certain issues. Subsequent thereto the respondents-Union has reached to a settlement with the employer to which they are not in agreement with. As such, according to them, the settlement is required to be assessed in the writ jurisdiction. 2.

I am afraid the remedy to the petitioner is not in a petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India.

The petition, as such stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as is available in law.
