Heard Mr. Taraq Sayed instructed by Mr. Durgesh Jaiswal, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. M.M. Deshmukh, learned APP for the State.

On 29/8/2022, this matter was adjourned on 12/9/2022 to enable the learned APP to obtain instructions on the petitioner's prayer for clubbing all 15 CR's referred to in prayer (c) of this Petition.

Today Ms. Deshmukh, learned APP on instructions states that all these 15 CR's will be investigated into by different investigating ofÏcers in Unit No. 5, Crime Branch, Mumbai. She also states that this investigation will be supervised by DCB, Detection, Crime Branch, Mumbai.

She clarifies that this would mean that the Petitioner needs to attend Unit No. 5, as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

Mr. Sayed, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that on recording of the above statement, the grievance of the petitioner, for the present, stands redressed. 6.
Accordingly, we record the above statement and dispose of the petition. In paragraph-3 of our order dated 29/8/2022 Ms. Deshmukh, learned APP had made a statement that the petitioner will not be arrested without issuance of Section 41A notice. On instructions Ms. Deshmukh continues this statement.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There will be no orders as to costs.
