By order dated 31.8.2016, the Petition was disposed of in terms of consent terms fled between the petitioners and respondents No.1, 3 and 4. In the order, statement made in paragraph-4 and 5 of the consent terms that the petitioners will hand over possession of room No.178 to respondents No.1, 3 and 4 on 19.9.2016, was accepted in the form of undertaking. Mr.Tiwari confirms that the petitioners have handed over possession to respondents No.1, 3 and 4 on 19.9.2016 in terms of order dated 31.8.2016. In view thereof, no further orders are necessary.
