It is stated that in compliance with the order passed by this court, the matter was decided by the Nandurbar Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee and a certificate of validity is issued to the petitioner. Thus, the order has been complied with. Nothing further needs to be done except taking a copy of this certificate on record and marking it as 'X' for identification. 2.
