P.C.:- By a reasoned Order dated 23rd July, 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to report to the concerned Police Station and to co-operate with the investigating agency. Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 23rd July, 2018, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and cooperated in the process of investigation. The record indicates that, the applicant was in contact with principal accused Ramij Dange on his mobile phone prior to commission of alleged crime. CDR record of the 1/2

Ladda 12-aba-1443-18.doc mobile phone of the applicant and Ramij Dange has been seized by the police. The record of investigation prima facie indicates that the applicant has no direct role to play in the present crime. In view of the above, interim relief granted by Order dated 23rd July, 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned Investigating Officer/concerned Police Station is waived. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
