This application is filed for discharging the Advocate on record in connection with Criminal W.P.No.4423 of 2016. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants who are the original petitioners; states that, in spite of the best efforts of the petitioners, the said advocate is not reachable and he is not taking any steps to get the matter listed before the court. 11-ia-2873-23 record and instead seeks permission to bring the present advocate on record in the main writ petition.

Considering these submissions, permission can be granted subject to the remedy which the original advocate on record may have in respect of any grievance he may have against the petitioners. Subject to this condition, permission is granted to the petitioners in Criminal W.P.No.4423 of 2016 to change their advocate. They are permitted to file Vakalatnama of another advocate to represent them in Criminal W. P. No.4423 of 2016. 4.
