Ld. APP points out that the final rites of 13th day are already over on 21/7/2019. Therefore, there is no necessity of allowing the applicant to get temporary bail. Hence, the prayer for temporary release on bail is rejected.

4.

There is one more prayer made in the application that the notice issued to the Superintendent of Sabarmati Central Prison, Ahmedabad be set aside. Even this prayer cannot be entertained because the notice is issued to the Jailor and he will have to explain and answer the notice. Present applicant is not concerned with the notice issued by Special Court, Thane. Proceedings are concerning Superintendent of Sabarmati Central Prison, therefore, even this prayer cannot be entertained. His other prayers are consequential prayers. In this view of the matter, application cannot be entertained and is disposed of. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
