Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. In view of the averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out. Criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to the condition of the applicant removing all office objections in the application No.521 of 2015. The office objections shall be removed within a period of four weeks from today. If office objections are not removed within stipulated time, the order of dismissal shall stand.
