In this Appeal the parties have arrived at amicable settlement out of the Court. In view of the settlement, consent terms are prepared and have been duly verified before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The Appellant has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the Respondent/original Plaintiff by way of Demand Draft. The Respondent has acknowledged the receipt of the said amount.

In view of the consent terms, the Appellant to withdraw the decreetal amount of Rs.52,800/- as deposited by the Appellant on 19.05.2015 in the City Civil Court along with accrued interest as on the date of withdrawal. The parties have accepted the decree. BGP.

The decree is therefore confirmed. In view of the consent terms, the Appellant seeks to withdraw the Appeal.

The Appeal is therefore allowed to be withdrawn as such in view of consent terms which are annexed and marked as "Exh.X" for the purpose of identification and is taken on record. Pending Civil Application also stands disposed of.
