Heard learned counsel for the parties and I have perused the averments made in the civil application. No affidavit in reply is filed. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). The order dated 26th July, 2017 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.3493 of 2016 is recalled. Writ Petition No.3493 of 2016 is restored to file. 2.

Civil application is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Place the writ petition on board for admission on 13th August, 2018.
