1) None appeared for the Petitioner. Even otherwise the Petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 31 January, 2013, whereby the directions were given to the Petitioner to deposit penalty for excavating minor minerals without permission. The Petition is pending since 11th August, 2015. There is no interim relief and/or preventive relief granted by this Court. The Petitioner must have complied with the order therefore he is not interested in the matter. No case is made out to interfere in the impugned order apart from availability of alternative remedy, if any. The Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
