Issue notice to respondent. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of respondent/State. Heard learned counsel for both the sides.

This application is filed for extension of time to furnish surety by two weeks from today contending that the process of acceptance of surety is in progress.

Admittedly, prior to this application, time is earlier extended for the same reason. It appears that vide order dated 5th October 2015, applicant was directed to be released on provisional cash Gaikwad RD 1/2

(912)APPP-634-16 bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- for a period of four weeks, and, as such, required to furnish surety within period of four weeks from the date of his release on cash bail. According to the applicant's counsel, though he has furnished his surety, the process of acceptance of surety is in progress before the Special Court.

Having considering the fact that sureties are already produced of whom verification is in progress, application is liable to be allowed, as time to furnish surety granted earlier expired on 05/08/2016. In that view of the matter, time to furnish surety is extended to 24th August 2016.

Application is disposed of as allowed.
