Not on board. Mentioned for extension of time. The above Petition was disposed of by a Learned Single Judge of this Court by order dated 10-2-2016. By the said order, the Petitioner was granted liberty to withdraw the costs of Rs.10,000/- which were lying in deposit in this Court and pay directly to the Respondent No.1(a) Smt. Kusum V Pawar, within a period of 4 weeks from date. The Petitioner was also granted four weeks time to clear the office objections. The Petitioner has not been able to adhere to the said time frame in view of the fact that the said Consumer Forum is being shifted from the premises of the Administrative Staff College near C.S.T. to the building of the Old Secretariat at Kalaghoda and in view of the said shifting, it is not possible for the Petitioner to comply with the order, in so far as the carrying out the amendment is concerned. wp-8505-15-(production) had not appeared when the above Petition was disposed of, the necessity to serve the Respondents is obviated. In so far as the deposit of costs is concerned, time for the same is extended by a period of two weeks from date.
