The applicant states that he would like to argue his own bail application. After hearing the applicant, I am of the opinion that the applicant is well-conversant with his case and as such, there is no impediment for hearing the applicant, in-person. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to argue his bail application in-person through video conferencing. 4.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
