Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Both the counsel submit that matter is settled out of court. They further submit that appellant as well as respondent are present in court. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms.

By consent of both the parties, Consent Terms dated 13.2.2018 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Consent Terms are accepted.

Both the counsel submit that as per Consent Terms in clause 5 and 7, some of the properties be Mohite 1/2

6 fca154-16 transferred in the name of wife and husband respectively. Both the counsel submit that respective parties will bear the expenses including stamp duty for transferring the properties in their name.

Wife will bear the expenses for transferring the property in her name as per clause 5 whereas husband will bear the expenses for transferring the property in his name as per clause 7. Same is accepted.

Family Court Appeal stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms.

7.

Consent Terms be treated as part and parcel of decree.

8.

Registry is directed to draw decree as per Consent Terms.

9.

In view thereof, Civil Application does not survive. The same also stands disposed of as infructuous.

Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
