The above Petition takes exception to the registration of a document (Gift Deed) by the Respondent No.2 herein who is the Registering Authority. The registration is challenged inter-alia on various grounds which have been urged in the above Petition. The said grounds involve disputed questions of facts. It is therefore not possible for this Court to entertain the above Petition in respect of the registration of the said document. It seems that the Petitioner has already filed a suit challenging the said Gift Deed. If that be so, the Petitioner may either amend the said suit or file a fresh suit for challenging the said registration. With the aforesaid observations, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
