This is an application for condonation of delay of 8 days in preferring the appeal, against the judgment and award, dated 15th March 2019, in M.A.C.P. No.550 of 2012, passed by the learned Member, Tribunal, Nashik.

The appellant-applicant has deposited the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon in terms of the award. The respondents-claimants have been permitted to withdraw a portion of the compensation amount. Thus, for the reasons assigned in the application, and to advance the cause of
